Gastroenterology appt didn’t go as planned this morning. They’re putting me back on the entocort (2 pills per day) and increasing my 6mp from 50 to 100mg. meh, not what I wanted. They said that I’m not progressing fast enough and that I’m not where I should be after this many months of treatment. :[[ 

on the bright side, I made an appt with a nutritionist who I hope can help make this whole thing easier and also help me to lose more fat in the process! 

(down two more lbs this month! woo!) I think I’m now at 135ish! :]]

I’ve been feeling off the past week or so. no motivation to work out, eat right or be around people. I haven’t been as upbeat as I usually am.. feeling lonely, gross and all around sad. 

just wanna cry. UGH. someone help me out of this stupid funk! 


time to get down to business.

now that im 21 and the celebrations are over, i need to get my ass back into gear: 
- more working out
- more eating clean
- more reading books
- more time outside
- more time with friends
- less tv/computer
 - less junk food
- less sleeping in 

LETS DO THIS.

My sister bought me a Yonana machine for my birthday. You put in frozen bananas and any other kind of frozen fruit (I also put in dark chocolate! :)) and it comes out as an “ice cream” consistency. Its awesome and I can eat it without getting a stomach ache!

plus it’ll help me not eat other sweets so I can start to lose some more weight. Yay! :) 


I’m 21 today! yayyyyy! :)
